Ownership towards the architecture of Salesforce
Assist with the configuration and customisation in different Salesforce offerings including Sales Cloud, D&B, Pardot, DocuSign, CPQ and other SFDC products.
Create profiles, permission set, custom permission & implement security/sharing rules at object, field and record level.
Design custom objects, custom fields, record type-based page layouts, custom tabs
Knowledge on custom setting, custom metadata Types and custom labels.
Create custom reports and dashboards.
Set up validation rules, approval processes, and workflows.
Perform manual and/or automated data entry/data clean-up as required.
Work on documentation and preparing training materials.
Working with other system owners of connected systems such as Workday, Pardot, DocuSign, MuleSoft, etc.
Delivery of technical reviews and demos to IT Support teams, ensuring changes to Salesforce have no adverse impacts to other applications.
Provide second line support for Salesforce, acting as an escalation route for our business support team.
Work with operational teams around the world as required.
Hands-on experience using and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, ideally with knowledge of Pardot, DocuSign and CPQ, in addition configuring App Exchange integrations with external solutions.
Custom Development (workflows, process builders and flows)
Salesforce Administrator Certification desirable.
Ideally experienced using Gearset and Global Gitlab for deployments or other deployment tools are advantageous.
