Own a 12–18 month Salesforce roadmap aligned to CX and Sales
Advise on platform capabilities and new features (e.g. Einstein AI, Agentforce)

Govern the platform including licences, apps, and vendor spend
Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions
Deliver flows, automation, reports, and dashboards
Partner with developers and provide hands-on platform support
Own the Salesforce backlog and Service ticket queue
Write user stories and lead sprint ceremonies
Coordinate testing, releases, and change management
Partner with CX, Sales, and IT to gather and prioritise requirements
