- Work on integration touchpoints between Salesforce and external platforms (APIs, middleware)
- Implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation to support business functions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Assist in improving system performance and user experience through targeted optimizations
- Provide documentation for configurations, developments, and enhancements delivered during the contract
- Support knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure continuity post engagement
