- Configure and manage Routing & Switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, SD WAN
- Manage and administer Palo Alto and Fortigate Firewalls
- Manage and configure F5 Load Balancers
- Review, approve, and implement network changes as part of CAB
Requirements
- Experience in L3/L4 advanced troubleshooting for enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, and Firewall environments
- Strong hands on experience with BGP, OSPF, SD WAN
- Experience managing Palo Alto and Fortigate Firewalls
- Hands on experience with F5 Load Balancers
- Knowledge of network security hardening and compliance
- Experience with ITIL processes and Change Advisory Board

Role Summary
- We are looking for a highly experienced Network Engineer to provide advanced troubleshooting, design, and operational support for a large enterprise network environment.
- The role involves managing complex LAN/WAN infrastructures, firewalls, load balancers, and network security platforms while ensuring high availability, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3/L4 advanced troubleshooting for enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, and Firewall environments
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem management for recurring network incidents
- Handle escalations and ensure minimal downtime for critical services
- Configure and manage Routing & Switching technologies
- Strong hands on experience with BGP, OSPF, SD WAN
- Manage DNS, DHCP, and related network services
- Manage and administer Palo Alto Firewalls, Fortigate Firewalls (must have)
- Ensure network security hardening, compliance, and configuration backups
- Review firewall policies and ensure best practices are followed
- Hands on experience with Fortimanager, FortiAnalyzer, Cisco CUCM, Infoblox, Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC)
- Manage and configure F5 Load Balancers, including policy configuration
- Review, approve, and implement network changes as part of CAB (Change Advisory Board)
