Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Work with developers and architects to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support UAT, testing, and production validation.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Apply understanding of integrations, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Coordinate stakeholders and communicate effectively across business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Salesforce certifications and banking or financial services domain experience are listed in the role requirements.

Salary and Compensation

• The annual salary range is CAD 80,000 to CAD 115,000, depending on experience and other qualifications.
• The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance and applicable plan terms.
