Role Summary
A Salesforce Architect with Life Sciences expertise will design, govern, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, regulatory, quality, and commercial operations.
The role supports RACT and SiFi applications and requires a senior technical professional to analyze issues and enhance these applications.
The stated experience requirement is 12 years, and the listed locations are Bangalore or Hyderabad.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Salesforce solution architecture and technical delivery across multiple releases, including end-to-end architecture and project deliverables.
- Collaborate across the Agile lifecycle, manage Salesforce backlogs, define solutions, review user stories, and support development, testing, and UAT.
- Lead post-release support and hypercare, including monitoring, root cause analysis, impact assessments, emergency changes, deviations, and CAPAs.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Salesforce L2/L3 support and provide demonstrations, knowledge transfer, and user enablement.
- Drive Salesforce best practices across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, automation, security, data management, and reporting.
- Participate in governance and architecture reviews, own technical risks, and coordinate with QA, DevOps, Security, and Validation teams.
