The Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution /Technical Architect to lead the de si gn, solu tioning , and delivery of Sal esforce solutions acro ss client en gagements .

This role will serve as a subject matter expert, providing architectural guidance and technical strategy recommendations across Salesforce p roducts , including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Non profit C loud , and Marketing Cloud.

The architect will assess the current Salesforce landscape, identify gaps and opportunities, and design scalable solutions aligned with health plan operations and business goals.

Work You’ll Do

Design Salesforce solutions leveraging Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud within a healthcare payer context
Provide guidance on Salesforce data models, security, and best practices
Evaluate and recommend integration approaches between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as claims platforms and EHRs
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and leadership to translate strategy into actionable recommendations
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive audiences
Lead end -to-end Sales force solu tion and technic al architec ture across a ssess ments , implemen tations , and optim izatio n engag ements
Partner with client stakeholders and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation approaches
Lead technical disco very and cu rrent -state architecture ass essments , id en tifying gaps, risks, and improv ement opportu nities
De s ign scal able Salesfor ce solutions that are a l igned with business req uirements a nd Salesf orce best pract ices

5+ years of hands on Salesforce platform experience, including architecture or lead developer roles , with deep expertise in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Deep expertise in: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs (REST/SOAP) , Omni Studio Data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture and best practices Integration patterns (middleware, ETL, event-based, Mulesoft preferred) DevOps / CI-CD tools (DevOps Center, Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs (REST/SOAP) , Omni Studio
Data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture and best practices
Integration patterns (middleware, ETL, event-based, Mulesoft preferred)
DevOps / CI-CD tools (DevOps Center, Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in healthcare or payer environments
Strong understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, and technical governance
Demonstrated ability to conduct technical assessments, gap analyses, and develop strategic roadmaps
Experience supporting large scale Salesforce implementations or enterprise assessments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non technical stakeholders, including executive leadership
Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client location
