Salesforce Administrator/Developer

Location and Employment

• The position is based in Chennai, India, in Perungudi, OMR.
• The role is full-time and work from office, with in-person work required.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Salesforce application support and troubleshoot customer issues and defects.
• Administer users, security, objects, fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data.
• Build and maintain automation with Flow and develop Apex classes, triggers, and custom solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Own development, unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-deployment validation.
• Diagnose issues with customer stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and communicate solutions.
• Maintain documentation and recommend improvements for recurring issues and system processes.

Required Skills

• At least three years of hands-on Salesforce administration and/or development experience.
• Strong Salesforce administration and configuration knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Flow, Salesforce automation, and Apex development.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes.
• Understanding of Salesforce deployment and testing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and directly with customers.
• Salesforce and ERP knowledge is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.
• Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience with LWC, integrations, APIs, or Salesforce deployment tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications or ERP systems.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹45,000–₹55,000 per month.
