About the Role

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients, contractors, engineers, and potential customers
- Introduce company products including ceramic, sanitary ware, and building materials
- Invite customers to visit the showroom
- Follow up with current and potential customers
- Record calls and customer notes
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer inquiries
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing preferred

المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مكالمات خارجية للعملاء، المقاولين، المهندسين والعملاء المحتملين.
- التعريف بمنتجات الشركة من السيراميك، الأدوات الصحية ومواد البناء.
- دعوة العملاء لزيارة صالة العرض (المعرض).
- متابعة العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
- حفظ وتسجيل المكالمات وملاحظات العملاء.
- التنسيق مع فريق المبيعات بخصوص استفسارات العملاء.
- تحقيق الأهداف اليومية والشهرية للمكالمات.
المتطلبات
- مهارات تواصل جيدة (اللغة العربية والإنجليزية – إلزامي).
- معرفة أساسية باستخدام الكمبيوتر.
- القدرة على التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء بشكل احترافي.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات أو الاتصال الهاتفي.
ساعات العمل
- 8 ساعات يومياً (من 10:00 صباحاً إلى 7:00 مساءً)
الراتب
- يبدأ من 3000 درهم إماراتي شهرياً
