- Make daily outbound calls to customers, contractors, consultants, and engineers
- Introduce and promote the company's building materials, tiles, porcelain, sanitary ware, and bathroom products
- Follow up on customer inquiries and generate sales leads
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team when required
- Update customer records and call reports regularly
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred
- Experience in building materials, tiles, sanitary ware, or construction industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications

Company Overview
- Bella Bianco Building Materials L.L.C is looking for an energetic and motivated Arabic Telecaller to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
- Location: Rabdan Mall, Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day, Weekly Off: 1 Day per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to customers, contractors, consultants, and engineers.
