Job Description
We are seeking a skilled OTC derivatives Sales Trader to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, analysing market trends, and closely collaborating with global teams for a diverse range of agricultural products. You'll leverage your expertise to secure the best deals for Olam Agri, while building strong relationships with clients across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Market and sell agricultural OTC derivative solutions to clients.
Develop client relationships and provide tailored hedging solutions.
Support trade execution and post-trade activities.
Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
New Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Expand the client base and support business growth.
Monitor market trends and maintain industry networks.
Collaborate with internal teams across regions and business units.
Client Relationship Management
Manage relationships with institutional clients and deliver customized solutions.
Provide responsive client service and market insights.
Stay informed on market, economic, and industry developments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business management, economics, or a related field
At least 6 years of experience in risk management solutions (OTC derivatives) sales, preferably in the Brazil and LATAM region.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering complex projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
