- Lead and supervise a team of sales executives/telecallers to meet and exceed targets
- Train, coach, and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills
- Monitor daily performance through calls, visits, and CRM updates
- Allocate leads, track follow ups, and ensure timely conversions
- Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings to review progress and challenges
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates
- Ensure team discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns escalated by team members
