Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the day to day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Monitor and drive the achievement of monthly branch sales and enrollment targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales, administration, and training teams.
  • Ensure timely follow up of inquiries, student admissions, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with trainers, counselors, and management to maintain seamless branch operations.
  • Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, leave records, and overall branch discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
  • Handle student concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate branch records, reports, inventory, and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve branch performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience in branch operations, supervision, or team management.
  • Proven ability to achieve and monitor branch sales or business targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the education, training, or service industry.
  • Strong sales coordination and target management experience.
  • Ability to analyze branch performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Customer service and conflict resolution skills.
