- Supervise and coordinate day to day operations of the branch
- Monitor and drive achievement of monthly branch sales and enrollment targets
- Lead, motivate, and monitor performance of sales, administration, and training teams
- Ensure timely follow up of inquiries, student admissions, and conversions
- Coordinate with trainers, counselors, and management to maintain seamless branch operations
- Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, leave records, and overall branch discipline

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in branch operations, supervision, or team management
- Proven ability to achieve and monitor branch sales or business targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

Key Responsibilities
