- Ensure consistent implementation of brand strategy and sales standards
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior Sales role within Forex/CFDs
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving market expansion
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop and execute business plans
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
