Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand into new markets and grow existing client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor sales, business development, and key account teams.
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of KPIs within the assigned region.
  • Oversee sales operations and collaborate with marketing and support teams.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and support deal development and closing.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand strategy and sales standards.
  • Organize and participate in events, webinars, and promotional activities.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in senior Sales role within Forex/CFDs.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving market expansion.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
