Responsibilities
- Lead and drive solution based sales and account management across designated territories
- Develop, execute, and own annual sales plans aligned with company revenue and growth targets
- Build, maintain, and grow profitable client portfolios in line with the company’s strategy
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting via CRM
- Monitor sales performance, manage sales conversion, and consistently drive revenue growth
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
- Represent the company at industry events
- Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and lifetime value
- Continuously assess sales effectiveness, costs, and results to optimize performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior Sales role within Forex, CFDs, or Financial Services
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building abilities
- Strategic thinker with hands on execution capability
- Experience managing CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Willingness to travel for sales events and client meetings when required
