Responsibilities
- Stay up to date on VAT, Corporate Tax, Excise Duties, Customs, and any new tax regulations in the UAE
- Interpret and share timely updates and regulatory changes with clients and internal stakeholders
- Engage with potential and current clients to offer end to end tax and accounting services in a consultative manner
- Manage a client portfolio, ensuring timely communication, education on tax obligations, and support with registrations and renewals
- Conduct detailed tax health checks and risk assessments for a diverse range of businesses across various industries
- Collaborate with internal departments (accounting, legal, compliance) to ensure integrated service delivery
- Represent clients before the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) and other regulatory bodies
- Handle audits, respond to tax authority notices, and submit clarifications as needed
- Maintain organized and thorough documentation to meet audit standards and internal quality controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in tax advisory or consulting, preferably within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and Corporate Tax regulations
- Familiarity with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) portal and filing procedures
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously

- We are seeking a sharp and proactive Sales Tax Consultant to join our growing consulting team in the UAE. You’ll play a key role in advising clients on VAT, Corporate Tax, Excise Duties, and other tax related matters, ensuring full compliance and delivering value added solutions.
