Position Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced and client focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and long term relationship building. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Proactively address client concerns and queries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the timely renewal of trade licenses and residency visas, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Provide guidance to clients on renewal processes and necessary documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional corporate services, including tax advisory, accounting, and business consultancy.
  • Present tailored solutions to meet client needs and support their business growth.
  • Monitor and ensure the delivery of high quality services to all clients.
  • Gather client feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Provide thorough orientation on services, including tax compliance, visa processing, and license management.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to client retention, upselling, and revenue generation.
  • Track and report progress on KPIs to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in relationship management or a client facing role, preferably in the UAE business setup industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE trade license and residency visa processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Goal oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
