- Assist the Relationship Manager with client inquiries, meeting scheduling, and follow ups
- Prepare, review, and organize onboarding, KYC, compliance, and trade finance documents
- Maintain updated trackers, CRM entries, and client status reports
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, and finance teams to support deal execution
- Assist in preparing weekly sales reports, client summaries, and performance updates
- Conduct basic research on potential clients, industries, and opportunities
- Ensure timely collection of documents, signatures, and required information from clients
- Prepare presentations, organize files, and support daily sales operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic and French is mandatory (spoken and written)
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

About the Role

Your Profile

- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
