- Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities during Nuclear Power Plant outages
- Lead teams in electrical inspections, overhauls, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance
- Plan, organize, and execute maintenance work to meet project schedules and productivity targets
- Provide technical guidance for complex troubleshooting and equipment failure investigations
- Coordinate major maintenance windows with Shutdown Management
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks, pre job briefings, and safety meetings
- Allocate manpower and optimize maintenance resources
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Prepare work progress reports and maintenance documentation
- Mentor and supervise technicians while addressing performance and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, operations, and other departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Nuclear Power Plant Outage Environment
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in electrical maintenance
- Experience in general maintenance of electrical equipment in Nuclear or Power Plants
- Experience with electrical inspection and overhaul activities
- Experience with complex electrical troubleshooting
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
- Experience with maintenance planning and execution
- Experience with shutdown maintenance activities
- Experience with resource planning and supervision
- Knowledge of nuclear safety procedures

About the Role
