- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Good command of English language
- Based in Jeddah or ready to relocate immediately

Job Description
- A leading food manufacturing company specializing in spices and seasonings based in Jeddah is seeking a dynamic and analytical Sales & Product Coordinator.
- This is an office based role focused on bridging the gap between sales representatives, suppliers, and clients, ensuring optimal product positioning, pricing strategy, and market compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross Functional Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between field sales reps, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth commercial operations.
- Product & Visibility Management: Monitor product availability in the market, oversee how products are displayed on shelves, and ensure merchandising standards are met via sales reports.
- Pricing & Data Analysis: Analyze market pricing trends, evaluate product performance, and generate regular sales reports to optimize profitability.
- Promotion Tracking: Oversee the execution of trade promotions, discounts, and campaigns, evaluating their impact on sales volume.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate databases, track supplier orders, and ensure customer inquiries or issues are resolved efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience (Experience in the Food Manufacturing)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing office bound operations effectively
- Good command of the English language
- Based in Jeddah (or fully ready to relocate immediately)
