About The Role
iACCEL GBI is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support & Operations Executive to
support our growing Corporate Services and community platform.
This role is critical in ensuring
seamless execution of client processes while actively supporting business development initiatives
and community engagement.
You will work across company formation, licensing, visa processing, and client servicing, while also
playing a key role in managing stakeholder interactions and supporting our ecosystem initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end company formation across Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions
- Execute trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
- Coordinate visa and immigration processes
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
- Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records
- Monitor compliance timelines
- Act as a key point of contact for clients
- Support front-office operations
- Manage and engage iACCEL GBI’s community ecosystem
- Coordinate and support digital platform operations (ELEVIX)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years UAE experience in Corporate Services / PRO services
- Strong understanding of company formation, licensing, and visa processes
- Basic knowledge of accounts and finance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Outgoing personality and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM tools and government portals
- Self-driven and proactive
