The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive engagement and execution across strategic partnerships, accelerator relationships, investor networks, and ecosystem collaborations.
• Manage ongoing communication with investors, mentors, advisors, incubators, venture funds, startup founders, and strategic partners.
• Activate and engage our 450+ member investor and mentor community to support portfolio companies through introductions, fundraising, and market access.
• Support the development of iACCEL GBI’s investment vertical by coordinating with investors, startups, and partners.
• Organize investor pitching sessions, founder showcases, networking events, roundtables, and one-to-one investor meetings.
• Track key initiatives, stakeholder commitments, and follow-ups to ensure execution and measurable outcomes.
• Work directly with the CEO on strategic projects, ecosystem expansion initiatives, and special opportunities.
• Solve problems proactively, manage stakeholder expectations, and navigate complex situations involving multiple parties and priorities.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years of experience in startups, venture capital, accelerators, founder’s office, partnerships, investor relations, community building, consulting, or business development.
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems across the UAE, GCC, India, and global markets.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management, execution, and organizational abilities.
• High-energy, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with founders, investors, and senior stakeholders.
• Graduate with strong technology, digital, presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, crisis management, firefighting, and people management.
