Responsibilities
- Assist Relationship Manager with client inquiries, meeting scheduling, and follow ups
- Translate, prepare, review, and organize onboarding, KYC, compliance, and trade finance documents
- Maintain updated trackers, CRM entries, and client status reports
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, and finance teams to support deal execution
- Assist in preparing weekly sales reports, client summaries, and performance updates
- Conduct basic research on potential clients, industries, and opportunities
- Ensure timely collection of documents, signatures, and required information from clients
- Prepare presentations, organize files, and support daily sales operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Fluency in Hausa, Fula, Arabic (spoken and written) mandatory
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Summary
- The Sales Support role provides essential administrative, operational, and coordination assistance to the Relationship Manager.
- This junior position ensures smooth client servicing, accurate documentation, and efficient internal communication.
- Fluency in Hausa, Fula, Arabic is required to support communication with regional and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Coordination and Lead Generation — Assist the Relationship Manager with client inquiries, meeting scheduling, and follow‑ups.
- Documentation Support — Translate, prepare, review, and organize onboarding, KYC, compliance, and trade finance documents.
- Sales Pipeline Management — Maintain updated trackers, CRM entries, and client status reports.
- Internal Liaison — Coordinate with operations, compliance, and finance teams to support deal execution.
- Reporting — Assist in preparing weekly sales reports, client summaries, and performance updates.
- Market & Client Research — Conduct basic research on potential clients, industries, and opportunities.
- Follow‑Up Management — Ensure timely collection of documents, signatures, and required information from clients.
- Administrative Support — Prepare presentations, organize files, and support daily sales operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in Hausa, Fula, Arabic is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Basic understanding (LCs, guarantees, etc), social media marketing, and import export and contractor network is an advantage
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
