Sales Support Associate

Serve as the primary support and contact for E-Commerce Client Advisors and Inventory Managers, through managing the deals that are in progress. Responsible for the management, coordination, and shipping of watches and jewelry daily Preparation of outbound shipping paperwork Experience with international labels and customs paperwork is a plus Coordinating insurance on the shipments, as appropriate Responsible for outbound inspection of watches, including QC paperwork and watch presentation for watches shipping directly to clients Responsible for pulling box and paperwork and cross-referencing with our intranet to ensure everything pictured in the listing is included Inputting client information into our CRM as needed Learn and retain brand product knowledge for all watch and jewelry brands The 1916 Company offers.

Strong written, verbal, and quantitative/analytical skills.
