Role Overview

  • Part of the Saudi Sales Team, responsible for developing COTY business across Retail Stores and Duty paid Stores in the Western region.
  • Manages a team of Beauty advisors and manages day to day sell out at assigned stores.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Drive COTY sell out and build up strong market share
  • Execute strategies and plans in line with local deployment
  • Achieve monthly sellout and market share targets
  • Full responsibility of store fundamentals
  • Build strong business relationship with store managers and staff
  • Manage, lead, coach and motivate BA's
  • Track individual performance of each BA
  • Report field activities, BAs & product performance as well as competitions activities
  • Prepare presentations and conduct business reviews/analysis

Essential Skills Required

  • Strong communication in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
  • High selling skills
  • Strong Retail / Business / Commercial sense
  • Beauty Industry affinity & knowledge
  • Proactive attitude
  • Flexibility
  • Detailed and factual
  • Team player
  • Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
