Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a sparkling clean and organized environment.

Create a positive first impression for customers by having an energetic attitude and adhering to the dress code.

Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere, non-business-like greeting.

Provide customers with current and relevant information about products.

Offer quality service in fitting rooms, timely follow-ups with customers, and attempt to add on to the sale.

Ensure efficient service at the cash wrap, including offering gift cards, maintaining cash wrap cleanliness, and capturing customer information in the database.

Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invite them to return.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to multitask and handle various tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using CAD tools and designing software.

Good physical stamina, capable of standing for extended periods and performing some heavy lifting.

High School Degree.

1-2 years of retail sales experience.

Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) packages such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, or Photoshop to create visuals and plans.

Good verbal communication skills.
