Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee and drive sales for our key account with Adnoc stores in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of driving experience in the UAE, preferably with a manual transmission license, and should be ready to join immediately.
The Sales Supervisor will manage relationships with store managers, ensure smooth product distribution, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily sales activities, ensuring smooth operations across assigned Adnoc stores in Abu Dhabi.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and other key contacts at Adnoc locations.
- Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by optimizing product placement and promotion.
- Conduct regular store visits, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the logistics team for timely replenishment.
- Train and guide sales staff on best practices, promotions, and product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide timely reports and feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Identify and resolve any issues affecting sales and product display, ensuring compliance with Adnoc store policies.
Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or retail management, with a proven track record of success.
- UAE driving license with at least 2 years of experience (manual transmission preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and experience working with Adnoc or similar key accounts is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
