Sales Supervisor

Purpose of the Job

Key Accountabilities

• Assist with sales-team target setting and guide staff to achieve sales targets within agreed costs and operating parameters.
• Maintain market, distribution-channel, and competitor information and agree appropriate actions with management.
• Ensure staff execute the replenishment program and maintain product availability, freshness, and correct quantities.
• Execute modern-trade and wholesale customer agreements where applicable.
• Optimize daily journey planning and customer routes to maximize productivity.
• Monitor product shelf life, rotation, reserved shelf space, and wastage at points of sale.
• Initiate and organize sales to new clients in assigned routes.
• Apply credit policy and manage credit and collections for the area.
• Ensure company assets are maintained and initiate repairs or replacements when necessary.
• Manage staffing and provide training for new recruits and current staff.
• Complete accurate data entry, administration, and reporting in MSFA.
• Conduct daily MSFA endorsements with salesmen to review performance and identify follow-up actions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or certificate.
• Completed vocational degree in business, marketing, or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of van sales experience or 2 years in a similar job.
• Well-developed analytical skills and people-management experience.
• English and Arabic are preferred.
• Computer literacy, commercial aptitude, communication, and leadership skills.
