- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media, and walk ins
- Contact and follow up with potential students and leads
- Promote educational courses, programs, and training services
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and benefits clearly
- Convert inquiries into successful registrations and enrollments
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with students and customers
- Update CRM/database with accurate student information
- Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth student onboarding
- Provide excellent customer service before and after enrollment

- UAE sales experience preferred
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome
