Job Overview

  • Maskan announces a full time Sales Specialist position to work from the company's office in Riyadh.
  • The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing clients, presenting Maskan's real estate projects, and guiding clients through all stages of the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Receive client inquiries and assess their seriousness and purchasing needs.
  • Communicate with potential and existing clients and build long term professional relationships.
  • Present the company's real estate projects and explain their features, benefits, and investment value.
  • Organize and conduct field tours for clients within projects and property units.
  • Prepare price quotes, sales proposals, and related documents.
  • Follow up with potential clients via phone calls, meetings, digital channels, and CRM systems.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and work to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Negotiate with clients and contribute to closing deals.
  • Update client data and sales records accurately and continuously.
  • Collaborate with marketing, real estate development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies.
  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor movements, and client needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance knowledge of projects, products, and market.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
  • Ability to manage sales channels and opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand project and product information and explain it clearly to clients.
  • Previous experience in real estate marketing or sales in Riyadh or the Saudi market is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and investment concepts is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite at the company's office in Riyadh.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and teams within the company.
