Requirements
- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in concept development, space planning, and technical detailing
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, BIM platforms, and design technologies
- Demonstrated Project Management abilities, including planning, coordination, timeline management, and cross functional collaboration
- Proficiency with architectural and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools) and familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant professional experience in real estate or construction projects
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and standards in Riyadh and the wider region
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Role Description
- The Architect will work on site in Riyadh in a full time capacity, contributing to the planning, design, and execution of Maskan’s real estate projects.
