- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities
- Engage with prospective buyers and investors to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and follow up regularly to maximize conversions
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients while ensuring a smooth sales process
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to support sales initiatives and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer focused mindset with strong relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
