Responsibilities
- Execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and regional markets
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and pipeline performance reports
- Prospect, pitch, and convert high potential corporate clients in target sectors
- Deliver professional client presentations and lead sales negotiations
- Establish and nurture long term relationships with key decision makers
- Conduct periodic business reviews with active clients
- Draft and lead contract discussions in alignment with company pricing and margin policies
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to finalize cost sheets and SLAs
- Maintain CRM records and submit weekly/monthly sales reports
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of proven corporate sales experience
- Experience in HR service providers, manpower companies, or outsourcing agencies
- Active corporate client network within KSA
- Experience in structuring commercial offers, proposals, and responding to tenders/RFPs

Role Purpose
- Drive revenue growth and expand market share by executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key corporate client relationships in the manpower supply and HR outsourcing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted sales strategies to achieve individual monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and regional markets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving prospects from initial contact to closing.
- Prepare and present accurate personal sales forecasts and pipeline performance reports.
- Prospect, pitch to, and convert high potential corporate clients in target sectors.
- Deliver professional client presentations, handle objections, and lead sales negotiations.
- Establish and nurture long term relationships with key decision makers.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with active clients to drive retention and upselling.
- Draft and lead contract discussions in alignment with company pricing and margin policies.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to finalize cost sheets, proposals, and SLAs.
- Ensure commercial agreements comply with Saudi labor regulations and company guidelines.
- Work closely with Recruitment, Operations, Visa & Onboarding, and Quality teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of proven corporate sales experience.
- Strong preference: experience in HR service providers, manpower companies, or outsourcing agencies.
- Active corporate client network within KSA.
- Solid experience in structuring commercial offers, proposals, and responding to tenders/RFPs.
