The Patient Navigator will provide guidance, support, and coordination of care to enhance patient experience and ensure timely access to medical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving patients, completing questionnaires, and conducting initial assessments of their needs.
- Coordinating appointments and procedures between different departments.
- Following up on insurance and administrative approvals.
- Communicating with patients to confirm appointments and monitor their treatment plans.
- Contributing to improving the patient experience and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (preferably in healthcare).
- Experience in patient advocacy, healthcare coordination, or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
