Requirements
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience in meeting targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Training and coaching abilities to present products and educate customers.
- Relevant experience in lighting, electrical, construction, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar, including regular client visits and field work.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage.

Role Description
- The Sales Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Doha, Qatar.
- This position is responsible for driving sales of UNILIGHT’s commercial, industrial, and residential lighting products by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Daily tasks include conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely order processing.
- The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate technical information, support after sales service, and help resolve customer issues.
- The role also involves maintaining up to date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and product developments to support sales strategies and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience in meeting targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide clear, professional support to clients.
