- Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, mail handling, and appointment scheduling
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with visitors, clients, and colleagues
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a welcoming and supportive experience for all guests
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, email, calendar tools)
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast paced environment
- Fluency in English

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Receptionist role based in Doha, Qatar.
- Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
