Sales Solutions Lead (EMEA - Programmatic)

Lead discovery and consultative engagements with advertisers, ensuring programmatic investments are aligned with their marketing objectives and growth goals.

Collaborate with DSPs, SSPs, resellers, aggregators and data providers to create seamless, scalable audience activation pathways that maximize revenue potential.

Partner with Agency and Client Direct sales teams to craft compelling, programmatic-first proposals that drive adoption and investment.

Represent the company at industry events and client forums, positioning the business as a leader in programmatic innovation.

Performance-Driven Strategy & Execution

Set and achieve clear, quantifiable sales and revenue targets for programmatic media solutions.

Leverage data, case studies, and measurement frameworks to prove the ROI of programmatic investments.

Develop, implement, and continuously refine the go-to-market strategy to position programmatic solutions as a core and complementary component of advertiser media strategies.

Work to upskill both Netflix commercial teams and customers to embrace programmatic and in the future AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

At least 8 years in programmatic technical sales, ad tech consultancy, or audience strategy roles with a strong track record of revenue growth, with at least 5 years of proven sales experience persuading advertisers and decision-makers to invest in programmatic solutions.

Exceptional client-facing communication and consultative selling skills, including the ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations.

Technical expertise in DSPs, audience segmentation, and data-driven programmatic activation

A keen interest in genAI and emerging agentic advertising developments.

Strong understanding of audience activation within programmatic advertising
