Overview

1.

Understanding the sales process and sales funnel of the Club under the direction of the Sales Manager.

2.

Independently generating new sales leads and achieving the sales targets set by Management.

3.

Qualifying sales leads and nurturing them through the sales process to convert them to members.

4.

Being accountable for the sales targets and conversion percentage targets set in place by management.

5.

To cold call, approach leads and generate new members.

6.

Ensuring that the brand reputation and identity of the Club is upheld at all times.

7 Working within the frameworks, guidelines provided by Management.

8.

Strictly adhering to the Company Policy at all times.

9.

Assistance in recruitment and continuous training of all team members.

Qualifications & Skills Include

  • Bachelor s degree, preferably in sales, marketing or business
  • 2 years experience in sales in the fitness industry
  • Strong experience on phone calls including cold calling
  • Ability to meet KPIs and Targets
  • Fitness market knowledge
