Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell coffee shop products to potential customers through various channels, including cold-calling, email campaigns, and in-person visits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and other industry-related functions to promote the coffee shop and its products.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using our CRM system.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • A passion for coffee and the food and beverage industry.
