- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads within the construction and fit out sectors
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and product presentations
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through after sales support and coordination with internal teams
- Prepare daily and monthly reports to submit to manager
Requirements
- Previous experience in outdoor sales of building materials, interior materials, flooring materials, or decorative materials
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license is a must
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strong client network within construction, fit out, and design sectors in the UAE
- Goal driven, proactive, and able to work independently
