About the Role

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors
- Develop and expand a network of key industry stakeholders (architects, project managers, consultants, developers, property managers, real estate agents, etc.)
- Build strong, long term relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions across interior design and custom furniture services
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals and contract negotiation
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful execution
- Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout project life cycles
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports and tracking KPIs
- Help coordinate client presentations, proposals, and follow ups
- Support in sales pipeline updates, and documentation
- Attend internal sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
Requirements
- Proven experience of a minimum of 5 10+ years in B2B or B2C sales, ideally within interior design, architecture, furniture, or related industries
- Existing network within the design, construction, consultant, or property development sectors is highly advantageous
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Self driven, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Collaborative team player with a client first attitude
- Familiarity with design trends and materials is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
