Overview

**Job Title:** Sales Representative Medical Devices / Pharmaceutical Field

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Sales Representative** (preferably male) with experience in the **medical devices or pharmaceutical field**.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling a range of medical or pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical or pharmaceutical products to existing and potential
  • clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists,
  • hospital procurement teams, and distributors.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to
  • healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned
  • territories.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates to management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional activities as
  • required.

Requirements

  • Minimum **1-4 years of experience** in **medical devices, pharmaceutical, or**
  • **healthcare product sales**.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of medical or pharmaceutical product knowledge.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • **Valid UAE Driving License** is mandatory.
  • Fluency in **English** (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in **Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or Marketing**.
  • Existing client network within hospitals, clinics, or distributors will be an added
  • advantage.

Compensation

  • **Candidates with 3-4 years of experience:** AED **12,000-15,000.**
  • **Candidates with 1-2 years of experience:** AED **8,000-10,000.**
  • **Salaries may vary depending on the profile and experience.**
