About the Role
EXPERT is seeking a Group HR Manager to lead HR operations for a delivery zone in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees end-to-end HR for riders, drivers, and staff, ensuring compliance with UAE labor law and MOHRE regulations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and control all activities of the HR department at Delivery Zone
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance of HR team members
- Ensure HR team compliance with policies, timelines, and quality standards
- Oversee end to end HR operations for bike riders, car drivers, and white collar employees
- Ensure proper execution of recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee records, medical insurance coordination, leave and workforce status management, disciplinary actions and investigations
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS governance, and medical insurance requirements
- Lead and manage MOHRE inspections, audits, and investigations
Requirements
- Extensive experience in managing HR in logistics, delivery services, transportation, FMCG, manpower outsourcing, or high volume workforce environments
- Energetic and proactive
- Must be able to adapt to start up environment
- Strong command in both English and Arabic (Arabic preferred)

- Compliance, Legal & MOHRE Oversight: Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS governance (oversight only), medical insurance requirements; Lead and manage MOHRE inspections, audits, and investigations
Non Negotiable Requirements
- Must have extensive experience in managing, preferably in logistics, delivery services, transportation, FMCG, manpower outsourcing, or high volume workforce environments

Language
- Strong command in both English and Arabic (Preferred)
