Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Executive with a background in wealth management to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, with experience working in an investment or financial services environment.

Support the wealth management sales team in client onboarding and documentation processes.

Prepare proposals, investment reports, pitchbooks, and client presentation materials.

Coordinate and schedule client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.

Monitor and track leads, prospects, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and sales performance analysis.

Maintain accurate records and databases for clients, products, and transactions.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, invoice processing, and correspondence.

Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior executives.

Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Act as a point of contact for client queries, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

Provide high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

2–4 years of relevant experience in a sales role within the wealth management or financial services sector.

Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management practices.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
