Uncapped commissions with the potential to exceed $100,000+ annually

What You’ll Do
Be the Trusted Subaru Expert – Connect with customers, showcase Subaru’s award-winning lineup, and help them find the perfect vehicle for their needs
Hit Your Goals – Plan and execute sales strategies to exceed performance targets
Deliver an Exceptional Experience – Educate clients on vehicle features, safety technology, and financing options
Close Deals & Celebrate Success – Lead test drives, finalize sales, and deliver vehicles with confidence
Work as a Team – Collaborate with finance, service, and leadership to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Passion for the automotive industry and helping people
Sales or customer service experience considered an asset
