We’re currently looking for an experienced and community-minded Service Manager to lead our service team. In this key role, you’ll ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly, while keeping customer satisfaction and team success at the heart of everything you do. Wage: Commensurate with knowledge, skills and experience
Lead, support and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors
Drive customer satisfaction, service accuracy and overall department performance
Oversee repair processes and ensure all work meets Steele Auto Group's high standards
Step in to support diagnostics and technical challenges when needed
Keep the shop organized, safe and fully equipped for day-to-day efficiency
Train and develop your team, encouraging continuous learning and growth
Monitor productivity and performance targets, making adjustments as needed
Ensure customers are supported with care, clarity and professionalism
Foster a team culture rooted in trust, accountability and great service
