Sales Representative - Commercial

Responsible for the direct sales process and achieving sales targets.

Responsible for business development, sales expansion and introduction of new products and services to existing clients while maintaining and growing a book of business year over year.

Service existing accounts and sell the organization's products and/or services to an assigned set of customers or a geographic region.

Reports directly to a Regional Sales Manager.

• Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
• Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients. Ensures that clients receive high-quality customer service.
• Maintain post-sale contact with customers to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.
• Serve as the primary contact for the assigned customers. Enhance the company's position and reputation by properly servicing and corresponding with all assigned accounts in a dependable and timely manner.
• Enhance customer relationships by working closely with customers on the development of targeted solutions and new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation regarding results, opportunities, and challenges in the sales territory. Analyze reports and data to identify revenue and cost containment opportunities.
• Assist in the implementation and execution of products and services. Consult with customers to understand business issues and goals and works with the customer to develop improved solutions to business needs.
