This is a part-time remote Sales Representative role focused on customers in the rice and bulk grain sector.
The role develops and maintains customer relationships while presenting processing and storage services.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and conduct outreach through phone, email, and online channels.
- Present the company’s processing and storage services to prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and manage a basic sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order details and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and provide regular sales reports.
- Support data-driven decision-making through sales reporting and market information.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles is required.
- Experience in food processing, agriculture, logistics, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Basic supply chain, warehousing, or bulk storage knowledge, or willingness to learn, is required.
- Comfort with email, CRM systems, and video conferencing is required.
- Independent time management, organization, follow-up, professionalism, and integrity are required.
- A business, marketing, or related educational background is beneficial but not mandatory.
