Role Description
Provide part-time, remote administrative and executive support to senior leadership.
Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support changing executive needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, organize virtual calls, and coordinate internal and external communications.
- Prepare and maintain expense reports, track approvals, and support related documentation.
- Draft and edit correspondence and prepare presentations.
- Maintain digital filing systems and organize data.
- Assist with basic research and special projects as requested by executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Possess strong executive administrative assistance and executive support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Possess solid administrative assistance skills, including document organization, filing, and general office support in a remote setting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in preparing and tracking expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Have strong organizational and time-management abilities for prioritizing tasks in a part-time schedule.
- Be comfortable with common productivity and collaboration tools such as email, video conferencing, spreadsheets, and document editors.
