Sales Representative

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Find and develop new clients and business opportunities and promote retail fit-out services.
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, visits, and networking.
• Visit clients and project sites when required and understand client requirements.
• Coordinate with the estimation team, prepare quotations and company profiles, and follow up with clients.
• Negotiate with clients and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Monitor upcoming retail fit-out projects and identify potential opportunities.
• Maintain records of leads, quotations, and project follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and coordinate project handover with estimation and project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Applicants must have 3 to 4 years of experience in retail fit-out sales or business development.
• Applicants must understand retail fit-out works, materials, and processes.
• The role requires communication, negotiation, lead generation, client relationship, networking, and independent working skills.
• Applicants must have knowledge of MS Office and good English communication skills.
• The role requires the ability to meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the UAE retail fit-out market is preferred.
• A UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Work Location

• The work location is in person.
• The role may require visits to clients and project sites.
